Notifications must be made to NHS England South (Wessex) for opening on bank & public holidays, applications for changes to both core and supplementary opening hours, notification of unplanned temporary suspension of services and requests for planned temporary suspension of services
Details and information on the process required to apply, notify or request changes are contained within Chapter 36 of the Pharmacy Manual.
The necessary forms required to make a change of hours are available within Annex 7 of Pharmacy Manual.
